This minor explores the issues associated with supporting crime victims as they navigate the criminal justice system. Students will study criminal behavior, the criminal justice system, and the issues of both child and adult victims of crime.

The Minor in Court Advocacy can serve as a supplemental course of study to your major, providing you with a solid foundation in understanding how to support crime victims within the criminal justice system.
Curriculum & Requirements
All minor courses must be completed with a minimum grade of C-, and a 2.0 grade point average must be maintained in courses for the minor. Two courses must be at the upper level (600 or 700). Only 8 credits may overlap between major and minor.
